my job.

well, this is a touchy subject, don't want to get fired for having an opinion, but then again i deserve one.
so i'm not going to say who i work for, but what i do is answer calls about broadband, your broadband is broke? you'd ring this number, if it was this provider of course

So i get people calling in, with all respect, i'd call too if my broadband stopped working, but seriously some of these people are stupid, like beyond stupid, they're like.. no brainers.

People will call in and ask for refunds, or money back and argue and be rude, say their broadbands not been working for 3 weeks and they're angry.. then they realise their router isn't switched on.

i work like 4 to 6 hours a day, i get 2 days off a week.

do you know how boring it is quoting the same shit

"Hi, you're through to Paul at ______ broadband technical support, how can I help?"

i wish i could sprouse it up

"yo, bitch you're through to paul dizzle and i'mma help u fix that shit you're rocking"

and we've to leave notes on the account after each call, so if someone called in, and they had broken microfilters it would look like this

"Customer called, internet light off, set up checked, in main phone socket, although has old microfilters, changed and resolved"

ITS BORING, i'd like to sprouse that shit up too!

"some cunt called, LMAO their net is off, fuck their life, ChEcKd Da SeTuP, Main SockET BITTCHHH, dead as microfilters, smh. changed and sorted xx paulie to the rescue xx"

and do you know how hard it is to take the shit people give to you, when they're being really rude and asking for your name just ONCE i'd love to say

"listen you dickhead, i have your full name, address in front of me, so if i were you i'd shut the fuck up"

just for their reaction, you know?! not that i'm a serial killer or anything, they'd kick my ass irl but the sound in the shock of their voice would make my day.

i need a new job.
